Lil' Kims new album, Notorious K.I.M., is scheduled to be released on June 27. Everybody better go out and get it because she is awesome. Mary J. Blige, Carl Thomas, Puff Daddy, Lil' Cease, and Cee-Lo are some of the people that appear on the album. Her new hit song, No Matter What People Say, has already been a smash hit and has topped the charts many times. Lil' Kim has had many people go against her with ignorant remarks but she has stayed strong and many admire her for that. The hip-hop artist(Lil' Kim wannabe)Foxy Brown made remarks toward Lil'Kim in a song that weren't so nice!
The top song of the week is Mya featuring Jay-Z with the Best of Me Remix. Mya has recently released her second album, Fear of Flying.
Best Repetative artist Award goes to Nas because he has continued to produce the best of da best albums.
The new hip-hop one hit/overnite miracle, NELLY, is still gettin props for his single Country Grammer. The song is number one on some networks.
For the Unsung Hero Award, DMX AND AALIYAH come in at number 1 because of their hit song "back in one piece" that does not get that much play on the radio. Aaliyah has recently released a couple of hit songs.
